Is it possible to work less and make more? In my conversation with Keefe Duterte I learned that the answer is YES!
Keefe owns one of the top Allstate agencies in the country, and he only comes to the office 2 days a week. He has mastered the ability of putting systems in place so his business can thrive with or without him.
Act as If
Cast a big vision of where you want to be then identify the habits of those people and adopt them as your own.
You will never get there until you start acting like them. That means get an assistant. Value your time.
Act as if you are that million-dollar producer and do the things they do!
Recognize what you are good at and what you are terrible at. Focus on your strengths and delegate you weaknesses to those who are strong in those areas
Find & Hire the Best People You Can. Bring in great people who can take your business to the next level. Don’t worry about them being better than you. You want to surround yourself with amazing talent.
Make sure you put people in the right positions.
Invest in yourself constantly. Spend the first 30 minutes and last 30 minutes of every day reading something positive.
What ever your goal is, go after it with full force. Persist until you succeed.
