Leadership is teaching people to think, so they can get what they want, when they want it.
The people you hire; you are not assessing if they can do 100% of the job. They need to be able to prove they can own the 20%.

And the key to keeping great employees is asking them great questions, so they can go through their own self discovery process.
Where are the areas that you have knowledge or you can straight teach them?
Where are the areas that you can lead with questions to help them self discover that maybe they should keep talking to you because maybe you’re going to bring value to their world?
